Role Overview

Allied Resource Management Services India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a large workforce deployed across IFM and 3PL logistics operations. The role requires strong hands-on experience in payroll compliance, Maxus and SAP payroll software, and advanced Excel, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for on-roll and contract employees across multiple locations.

• Process monthly salaries, wages, overtime, incentives, arrears, and deductions accurately.

• Validate attendance, shift rosters, overtime, and leave data before payroll finalization.

• Ensure timely payroll closure as per defined timelines.

Payroll Compliance & Statutory

• Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, minimum wages, bonus, and gratuity.

• Prepare and submit statutory challans, returns, and compliance reports within due dates.

• Ensure adherence to Contract Labour Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable labour laws.

• Support internal and external payroll audits.

Payroll Software & Systems

• Hands-on experience working with Maxus and SAP payroll software.

• Maintain and update employee master data, salary structures, and compliance details in the systems.

• Generate payroll reports, payslips, and statutory MIS through payroll software.

• Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for system-related issues and process enhancements.

Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Advanced Excel, including:

o VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

o Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

o IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, nested formulas

o Data validation, conditional formatting, and macros (basic)

• Prepare monthly payroll MIS, compliance trackers, and management dashboards.

• Perform payroll data analysis and reconciliation using Excel.

Employee & Stakeholder Coordination

• Resolve employee queries related to salary, payslips, deductions, PF/ESI, and statutory benefits.

• Coordinate with HR, operations, and finance teams for payroll inputs, approvals, and corrections.

• Handle full & final settlements, exit payroll, and statutory clearances.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance

• Hands-on experience with Maxus and SAP payroll software

• Excellent command over Advanced Excel formulas and reporting

• Knowledge of labour laws and minimum wage compliance

• High accuracy, attention to detail, and data confidentiality

• Ability to handle high-volume payroll efficiently

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field

• Payroll / Labour Law certification – Preferred
