🔍 Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor – Press Shop to manage daily press operations, handle manpower, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Supervise press shop operations (mechanical/hydraulic presses)

Ensure production targets are met as per plan

Handle and manage manpower (operators/helpers)

Monitor die setting, tool changeover, and machine efficiency

Ensure quality of stamped components as per standards

Maintain safety practices in press operations

Coordinate with maintenance for machine uptime

Prepare production and rejection reports

💡 Skills Required:

Strong manpower handling & team management

Knowledge of press machines and die operations

Problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of quality tools

Good communication skills
