Job Summary:*

The Production Executive will be responsible for coordinating between the Production and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth factory operations, timely dispatches, proper material availability, and accurate packaging and labeling as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily activities with the Production and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Manage the end-to-end dispatch process at the factory, including documentation and coordination with the dispatch department.

Check and ensure material availability as per production and dispatch requirements.

Communicate dispatch plans, material status, and updates with the dispatch department through emails and internal communication.

Oversee and execute labeling and packaging processes in accordance with company guidelines. Also Lab testing & other work.

Coordinate closely with the Production Manager regarding production schedules, priorities, and dispatch timelines.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and factory SOPs during production and dispatch activities.

Maintain basic records related to production, dispatch, and material movement.

Salary in between 18K to 22K + 10% incentive fix.*
