Job Description
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities.
Follow up with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Schedule meetings and maintain meeting minutes (MOM).
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
Handle correspondence through emails, letters, and official communications.
Assist management in project planning and execution.
Ensure timely submission of project-related documents.
Support directors and project teams in administrative and operational activities.
Coordination with banks, government authorities, and clients for documentation and approvals.
Preparation and verification of contracts, agreements, and project-related Tendering documents.
Monitoring billing, invoices, and project status reports.
