Quality Control Engineer

Preference will be given to industrial construction engineer experience first only QA/QC Engineer

· Monitor the work and keeping the progress of the construction as per scheduled plan.

· Executing the work with quality and perfection.

· Testing soil and material to determine the strength of foundation, concrete, steel, etc.

· Compiling, Checking and approving reports.

· Implement the QA/QC management system, at site.

· Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site.

· Coordinate with the customer’s representative on all quality matters.

· Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.

· Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.

· Ensuring the Safety and Quality work at site.

· Responsible for alll QA/QC issues of sites and responsible for maintain all quality documents as per mentioned in QA/QC manual.

· Maintain a detailed dairy of the day work activities, issues.

· Liaise with head office and client’s managers and engineers as and when required to resolve the site quality issues.

· Planning schedules, settlement of progressive and final claims of contractors and reconciliation of the material.

· Responsible for pre-pour and post pour inspections for construction of RCC work and other civil works like brick work, plaster and other misc, finishing works of the buildings and storm water drainage, STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), Rain water harvesting & Parking .
