Job Description

• Call and qualify inbound rental leads from MagicBricks and 99acres

• Schedule property visits and brief our field executive

• Collect visit feedback, present offers to landlords, negotiate rent and terms

• Confirm deals, collect token at our office

• Coordinate move-in maintenance and documentation

• Complete move-in formalities and hand over to our service team

• Manage your full pipeline on Zoho CRM
