Job Summary

As a Cafe Manager at cafe buddys , you'll be responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.

2. Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.

3. Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness.

4. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

5. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.

6. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

7. Collaborate with the ownership team to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in a cafe or restaurant management role.

2. Proven track record of success in managing staff, increasing sales, and improving customer satisfaction.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.

5. Knowledge of cafe operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
