Job Description

Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable hardware products.

Handle sales of products such as plywood, laminates, sanitary items, tools, paints, fittings, etc.

Attend walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain product display and showroom presentation.

Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and updates.

Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales service.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new products.
