Sales Coordinator

• Order Management: Process sales orders, check accuracy of pricing, product numbers, and customer details, and track orders from initiation to delivery.
• Customer Support: Handle client inquiries regarding order status, shipping delays, or product information via phone and email.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with manufacturing/production teams to align delivery schedules with production capacity.
• Sales Support: Assist sales representatives by preparing quotations, contracts, presentations, and sales reports.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation within CRM systems.
• Sales Analysis: Track and evaluate sales data, monitor performance, and create reports for sales management. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in sales administration, or as a sales coordinator, preferably within manufacturing.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues or shipping discrepancies efficiently.
