Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B customers in assigned territory
• Generate new leads and convert them into business
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up for closures
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution and customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical
• 2–6 years of experience in industrial / B2B sales (freshers with strong aptitude may apply)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
