Job Description

1. Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate leads and convert them into customers (retailers, distributors, HoReCa, etc.)

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop new markets and expand business territory
  • Execute company sales plans and strategies

2. Client & Distributor ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors

  • Handle order booking, follow-ups, and collections
  • Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly 

3. Brand Visibility & MerchandisingEnsure product visibility in stores

  • Execute promotional activities and schemes
  • Monitor competitor products and pricing

4. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily sales reports (DSR)

  • Update Sales Manager on performance and market feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, accounts)

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Customer handling & relationship management
  • Basic knowledge of FMCG / food & beverage market
  • Sales closing & objection handling
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
