Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate channel partner team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, coordinating site visits, and closing property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and knowledge of the real estate market.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through various channels such as digital marketing, references, walk-ins, and outbound calling.
- Attend and manage customer inquiries related to residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct project site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads on a regular basis to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales updates in CRM/software.
- Stay updated with project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Coordinate with banks for home loan assistance, if required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Good knowledge of local real estate market
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
- Strong presentation and convincing abilities
