1. Position Overview 

AMDI is hiring a Online sales & Marketing Executive to manage companies online sales and B2B Marketing  handling customer queries, educating customer on the product, ensure smooth communication, and deliver a great customer experience.

Handel digital marketing across all digital media and online sales portal viz amaon, flipkart, Mesho , mystore. Handling Google and Meta Adds. 

2. Responsibilities / Job Description 

• Online Lead Handling. Direct customer interaction for leads received on Indiamart, Tradeindia . You will handle inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media, while supporting order-related concerns and building customer trust.

Customer Interaction 

Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media 

Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services 

Maintain polite and professional communication at all times 

Order & Issue Handling 

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and updates 

Resolve issues related to delays, returns, replacements, and refunds 

Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for quick resolution 

Customer Experience 

Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive experience 

Handle complaints effectively and provide timely solutions 

Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat purchases 

Data & Reporting 

Maintain records of customer interactions and issues 

Track common problems and share feedback with the team 

Help improve processes based on customer insights

• Digital Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM) to promote products. 

• E-commerce Management: Manage online product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing across platforms. 

• Online Sales Growth: Drive online revenue through targeted online marketing, promotions, and managing online retailer relationships.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze online sales data, website analytics, and campaign performance to optimize strategies. 

• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, trends, and customer feedback to improve online presence. 

• Content Management: Create/coordinate engaging content for social media and website to drive brand visibility. 

3. Education & Key Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing and sales, preferably in FMCG. 

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, social media management, and online analytics tools. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Fresher’s with strong communication can apply 

4. Core Competencies

• Ability to work with sales teams to align strategies. 

• Goal-oriented with experience in achieving KPIs.
