Job Description

Coordinate with sales team for inquiries, quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.

Maintain customer database and daily sales reports.

Handle telephonic and WhatsApp inquiries from B2B and B2C customers.

Support sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets.

Coordinate dispatch and delivery status with customers and site teams.

Follow up with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and retail customers.

Prepare sales MIS, pending order reports, and customer follow-up reports.

Generate leads from builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and industrial clients.

Coordinate product presentations, meetings, and site visits.

Support business development activities for project sales.

Maintain relationships with channel partners and applicators.
