Field Sales Executive – Digital Marketing (IndiaMART/JustDial Exp. Preferred)

📍 Location: Wakad, Pune (field role across Pune)

This is a field-based sales role for our digital marketing services. Each working day involves visiting customer business locations to meet clients and discuss the solutions offered by Edgelink Technology Pvt Ltd. This is an on-ground, in-person role not a work-from-home or desk-based telesales position

💰 Salary:

Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month fixed + incentive on every deal you close

Experienced (1–3 yrs): ₹22,000 – ₹35,000/month fixed + higher incentive slabs

(Travelling allowance is included in salary)

Realistic monthly take-home for a performing executive: ₹30,000–₹50,000+ once incentives kick in.

Incentives paid on time, never held back.

What you'll do every day:

• Travel your assigned Pune area and meet business owners, clinics, businesses and startups

• Pitch Edgelink's digital marketing services — SEO, social media, paid ads, websites — and run face-to-face demos

• Handle objections, negotiate and close deals to hit your monthly targets

• Log every visit and lead in the CRM, then hand closed clients to the onboarding team

• Build long-term relationships that bring repeat and referral business

Who fits this role:

• You enjoy meeting new people and selling in person

• Confident communicator in Marathi, Hindi or English

• Self-driven — can manage your own day in the field

• 0–3 yrs in field, direct, B2B or any client-facing sales

• Freshers with real drive are genuinely welcome

• Preferred: prior field sales experience with IndiaMART, JustDial, Sulekha or similar

Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
