We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and customer visits.
• Identify potential customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into business.
• Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the technical team.
• Promote company services including Industrial Automation Repair, VFD Repair, PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Meet monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM or Excel reports.
• Coordinate with the service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing activities whenever required.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of B2B sales and marketing.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to travel for customer meetings.

• QualificationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA), B.Com, MBA (Marketing), Diploma, or any Graduate.
• Candidates with a technical background will be preferred.
• Experience6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileSelf-motivated and target-oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach.
• Valid two-wheeler and car driving license will be an added advantage.
