Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, "pro-children," and soft-spoken Female Bus Attendant for our
school bus service operating in and around the Ravet, Walhekarwadi, and Nigdi areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of students while boarding, traveling, and exiting the bus.
- Assist younger children with their bags and help them cross the street safely if needed.
- Maintain discipline and a calm environment inside the bus.
- Coordinate with the bus driver and parents regarding pick-up and drop-off timings.
Requirements:
- Language: Must be fluent in Marathi (Regional language mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience handling school students on a bus.
- Personality: Patient, soft-spoken, and child-friendly attitude.
- Proximity: Candidates living in or near Nigdi, Ravet, or Walhekarwadi preferred.
