Job Description
We are looking for disciplined and responsible Security Guards for Beyond Stays Hostel. The role involves ensuring the safety, security, and smooth functioning of hostel premises while maintaining a welcoming environment for students and guests.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor entry and exit of residents and visitors
- Maintain security and discipline within hostel premises
- Conduct regular rounds and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Handle late-entry records and visitor management
- Coordinate during emergencies and report incidents immediately
- Assist residents politely and maintain professional behavior
- Support hostel management in maintaining a secure environment
- RequirementsBasic communication skills
- Responsible, alert, and disciplined personality
- Prior security experience preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts
