- Filled Supervisor- Leadership SkillsManaging workers (guards, housekeeping staff, helpers)
- Giving clear instructions and motivating the team
- Handling discipline and attendance
- 🗣️ 2. Communication SkillsTalking clearly with workers, clients, and management
- Reporting daily updates (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Handling complaints professionally
- 📋 3. Planning & CoordinationDuty roster / shift planning
- Assigning tasks at different sites
- Managing manpower shortages
- 🔍 4. Problem-SolvingHandling sudden issues (absent staff, client complaints)
- Taking quick decisions at site
