Job Description
- Handle complete accounting operations of the company.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
- Manage GST filing, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports.
- Handle payroll processing, PF, ESIC, employee insurance, and related compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations, receivable/payable tracking, and ledger scrutiny.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
- Maintain inventory and manufacturing accounting records.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all financial transactions.
- Provide financial reports and data to management whenever required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Tally Prime
- GST Filing
- TDS
- Payroll Processing
- MS Excel
- MIS Reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry will be preferred.
- Quick learner with responsible and professional attitude.
