Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for residential building projects who can independently handle complete site execution from start to completion. The candidate should be well versed with RCC, finishing works, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, material reconciliation, contractor coordination, and project planning. He should possess good computer knowledge including MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and reporting systems. Responsibilities include supervision of daily site activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, labor and material management, and preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and weekly progress reports for management review. Candidates with strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and residential project experience will be preferred.
