Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare MIS system as per requirements using various tools.
*Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
* Generate Sales MIS, CRM reports, and Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
* Track leads, conversions, bookings, collections, and revenue.
* Prepare site-wise, project-wise, and employee-wise performance dashboards.
* Analyse sales data and present actionable insights.
* Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting databases.
* Coordinate with Sales and CRM teams for timely and accurate reporting.
Mandatory Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Strong knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced Excel functions.
* Hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Report Generation.
* Experience in Sales MIS, CRM reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
