Job SummaryThe Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, executing, testing, and commissioning of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS), MEP Services, Fire Fighting Systems, Oxygen Generation Plants, and other healthcare infrastructure projects. The role requires coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Execute installation of MGPS, MEP, Fire Fighting, and Oxygen Plant systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure quality of workmanship as per HTM, NFPA, ISO, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, pressure testing, flushing, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Verify measurements and prepare work completion records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with the design team for resolution.
• Attend site meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure before project handover.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and O&M documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Experience

• 0–5 years in Healthcare Infrastructure, MGPS, MEP, Fire Fighting, HVAC, or EPC Projects.
• Experience in hospital projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings.
• Understanding of MGPS installation and testing procedures.
• Knowledge of MEP and Fire Fighting systems.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Leadership and team management.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
