Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Site Execution & Monitoring

  - Supervise day-to-day interior site activities as per approved drawings and design intent

  - Ensure work is executed on-site as per schedule, quality standards, and client requirements

  - Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other contractors


2. Quality & Material Control

  - Check quality of materials delivered on-site against BOQ and approved samples

  - Monitor workmanship and finishing standards for all interior works

  - Report any deviations or defects to Project Manager/Designer immediately

3. Client Handling

  - Address client queries during site visits professionally

  - Take client approvals for material/finishes on-site when required

Skills Required:

- Technical: Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, understand BOQs, basic knowledge of materials

- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, team handling, time management

- Tools: MS Excel for reporting, WhatsApp for quick coordination, basic photography
