Soft Skills Trainer

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Soft Skills Trainer & Student Engagement Manager who can go beyond classroom training and play a key role in shaping students’ overall personality, confidence, and career readiness.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, training, and managing student experience while ensuring high-quality learning delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Soft Skills & Personality Development Training

• Deliver engaging sessions on soft skills, behavioral skills, and professional grooming
• Conduct English speaking and communication improvement sessions
• Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and workplace readiness

2. Program Anchoring & Engagement

• Anchor and manage offline & online events, seminars, and workshops
• Conduct batch orientations for newly enrolled students
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment

3. Training Quality Monitoring

• Regularly review and audit trainers’ sessions
• Ensure training quality meets company standards
• Suggest improvements and implement best practices for better outcomes

4. Student Mentorship & Support

• Act as a single point of contact for students facing personal or learning challenges
• Provide basic counseling, motivation, and career guidance
• Build strong relationships to improve student satisfaction and retention

5. Feedback & Continuous Improvement

• Collect and analyze student feedback
• Work closely with management and trainers to enhance training quality
• Drive continuous improvement in programs
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication and English speaking skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking ability
• Experience in soft skills / personality development training (1–3 years preferred)
• Good understanding of student psychology and mentoring
• Confident personality with leadership qualities
• Ability to handle both training and coordination responsibilities
• Additional Preferred Skills:Experience in anchoring events or seminars
• Background in training institutes / education sector
• Basic knowledge of IT training environment (optional but helpful)
