Job Description
- Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
- Maintains all records of materials in-out.
- Making ERP Entries, ie. GRN, Opening Stock.
- Executing all the Day-to-Day stores function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Maintain all store reports in Manual as well as in ERP Software.
- Maintain store stock register & assets stock register.
- Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Maintaining the proper method of stock issues & the various levels of stock.
- Performing inventory checks and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.
- Handled Material packaging, labeling & dispatching etc.
- Every end of the month gives the available stock statement to the management.
- Should have worked in Manufacturing Industry.
