Job Title: Power Press Machine Operation Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Power Press Machine Operation Supervisor to oversee press shop operations at our Pune facility. Candidates from across India are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing press machines, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day press shop operations, including mechanical and pneumatic presses
• Ensure production targets are achieved with minimal rejection and downtime
• Monitor press settings, tool conditions, and product quality
• Identify and control defects such as cracks, burrs, deformation, and dimensional issues
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and proper PPE usage
• Coordinate with the tool room team for die maintenance and trials
• Maintain daily reports on production, rejection rates, and machine downtime
• Train and guide operators on safe machine operations and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization efforts

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in press shop or power press machine operations
• Strong knowledge of press tools, dies, and manufacturing processes
• Good understanding of safety standards in a press shop environment
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage shop-floor operations
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
