Job Description

Hiring a skilled UPS Coordinator with strong communication, electrical (AC/DC) knowledge, and vendor coordination expertise to drive efficient UPS operations and MIS management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle UPS systems including monitoring and basic troubleshooting (AC & DC systems)
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, service, and issue resolution
  • Maintain and update MIS reports related to UPS operations
  • Ensure timely servicing and proper functioning of electrical equipment
  • Track and report system performance, downtime, and service schedules
  • Support internal teams with electrical-related requirements

Required Skills (Must-Have):

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of Electrical systems (AC/DC & UPS)
  • Experience in Vendor Coordination
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
