Job Description

  1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to customers regarding their pending EMI/credit payments.
  2. Negotiation: Communicate clearly in Telugu to negotiate payment plans and follow up on Promises to Pay (PTP).
  3. Record Keeping: Accurately update call summaries, customer feedback, and payment statuses in the internal CRM system.
  4. Target Achievement: Meet daily call volume metrics and monthly collection recovery targets.
