Job Description
A telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers or potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, answer questions, generate leads, or provide customer support.
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
Answer inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries.
Explain products, services, or offers clearly and professionally.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues if necessary.
Meet daily or monthly call and sales targets.
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication skills.
Polite, confident, and persuasive speaking ability.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, data entry).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Fluency in the required language(s), such as English, Hindi, or regional languages.
