Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing loan syndication team. In this role, you will connect with pre-screened leads and existing bank customers to market a diverse portfolio of financial products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial telesales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of converting leads into successful loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Dial outbound calls daily to prospective clients using internal databases or digital leads.
- Need Analysis: Profile clients to identify their financial requirements (unsecured vs. secured lending).
- Product Pitching: Explain the features, interest rates, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various loan products.
- Document Collection: Guide clients through the application process and collect initial KYC and income documents.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the credit, underwriting, and bank sales managers to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, file login, and final loan disbursement.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily call logs and follow-up status notes in the company CRM. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience as a Telecaller specifically in Loans/Banking/NBFCs is mandatory.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of eligibility norms for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Mortgages (LAP/HL).
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional local languages is a major advantage).
- Sales Acumen: Excellent convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills over the phone.
- Education: Minimum Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant financial sales experience.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, cloud telephony (e.g., Ameyo, Exotel), and Microsoft Excel. [1, 2, 3]
