- Role: Conventional Lathe Operator (Manual Lathe)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years of hands-on experience
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience) + Overtime (OT) benefits
- Education Requirement: No formal degree required (Only skill and experience matter)
- Language Requirement: No English required (Hindi or local language is perfectly fine)
- Job Location: Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
- Key Responsibilities (Kaam Ka विवरण)
- Machine Operation: Safely set up and operate conventional (manual) lathe machines for production work.
- Operations: Perform operations like turning, facing, threading, grooving, and boring accurately.
- Drawing Reading: Understand basic dimensions from job cards or sketches to machine the parts correctly.
- Quality Check: Measure finished components using standard measuring tools like Vernier calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy.
- Maintenance: Keep the machine clean, properly lubricated, and report any mechanical problems.
- Safety: Maintain a clean workspace and follow workshop safety rules.
- Candidate Requirements (Eligibility)Experience: Strictly 2+ years of continuous experience working on manual/conventional lathe machines in a machine shop or production unit.
- Must know how to use precision measurement tools (Vernier, Micrometer).
- Solid understanding of cutting speeds, feeds, and tool grinding/sharpening for different metals.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of handling daily production targets.
