Unisex Hair Dresser

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Unisex Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing a wide range of hair and beauty services, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, colouring, treatments, styling, and grooming services for both men and women, along with basic beauty services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform haircuts for men, women, and children (modern, classic, and trending styles).

Provide hair colouring services including highlights, balayage, global colour, root touch-ups, and fashion shades.

Carry out hair treatments such as smoothening, keratin, nanoplastia, spa, dandruff and hair fall treatments.

Offer hairstyling services (blow-dry, curls, straightening, party and bridal styling).

Conduct basic beauty services including facials, cleanup, threading, waxing, and beard grooming (for male clients).

Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation and throughout the salon.

Suggest suitable treatments and products to clients based on their needs.

Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair and beauty industry.

Deliver excellent customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a unisex hairdresser/stylist.

Strong knowledge of hair cutting, colouring, treatments, and styling techniques.

Familiarity with beauty services (facial, waxing, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to work in a team and maintain a friendly salon atmosphere.
