Job Description

📢 Job Opening: Video Editor (In-House)

Location: PCMC, Pune

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time (In-house)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred


🎯 Job Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, Shorts, Ads)
  • Edit long-form YouTube videos
  • Design YouTube thumbnails
  • Create client testimonial videos
  • Edit promotional & branding videos
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines
  • Optimize videos for engagement & virality


🛠️ Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics, transitions)
  • Experience with Reels, Shorts & YouTube content
  • Understanding of aspect ratios, hooks & retention
  • Thumbnail design using Photoshop / Canva
  • Good sense of storytelling & pacing


🎨 Additional Preferred Skills (Big Plus):

Graphic Design skills:

  • Social media creatives
  • Ad creatives
  • Viral marketing designs
  • Knowledge of Instagram & YouTube trends
  • Basic understanding of branding & digital marketing
