Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory handling, stock movement, documentation, and coordination with transporters and clients to ensure smooth warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inward and outward material movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure proper storage and material handling practices.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and clients for dispatch planning.
• Prepare warehouse reports, MIS, and stock reports.
• Conduct physical stock verification and cycle counting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and SOP guidelines.
• Resolve operational issues and support smooth warehouse functioning.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and client requirements.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage daily operations.
• Problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse operational environment.
• Rotational shifts may be applicable based on business requirements.
• SAP MM Module is mandatory
