Job Description
Field Sales: Visit residential areas, housing societies, apartments, and local shops to pitch and sell high-speed Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections.
Lead Generation: Find potential customers through direct door-to-door visits, local campaigns, and referrals.
Customer Onboarding: Explain Wi-Fi plans, pricing, and benefits, collect KYC/documentation, and process connection requests via the Airtel sales app.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales and installation quotas set by the company.
