Store Executive

Inventory & Stock Management-

• Maintain accurate inventory levels for spare parts and components.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile them with ERP or SAP records to prevent discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control methodologies.

Material Handling & Logistics-

• Manage the inward and outward movement of automotive components, ensuring quality checks and correct quantities upon delivery.
• Prepare and process necessary store-related documentation (e.g., Goods Receipt Notes [GRN], Delivery Challans, and Material Requisitions).
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts teams to avoid material shortages.

Warehouse Operations-

• Ensure the physical layout of the warehouse maximizes space utilization, safety, and general housekeeping.
• Oversee the safe handling and disposal of scrap, hazardous materials.

Reporting & Compliance-

• Update and maintain all material transactions daily within the enterprise management software (e.g., SAP, Tally,).
• Generate regular MIS reports on stock summaries, consumption, and pending or returned items.
