Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines for steel cutting, drilling, milling, turning, or fabrication processes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production plans
- Set up machines and load raw steel materials as per production requirements
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are maintained
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Identify machine malfunctions and report issues to maintenance or supervisors
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets
- Maintain proper documentation of production and quality records
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety rules and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area
