Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate computer systems and maintain daily operational records.


  • Perform data entry for production, inventory, purchase, and dispatch details.


  • Prepare reports, invoices, delivery challans, and documentation.


  • Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and administration departments.


  • Monitor stock and material movement records.


  • Handle email communication and printing/scanning of documents.


  • Ensure proper filing and record management.


  • Check and maintain accuracy of entered data.
