Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'-Drawing study, Cost estimation / SBC, process planning for new project parts. 
- RFQ floating, Quote synthesis
- Release PO, PR in the system & commercial data maintenance
- New component development for sheet metal parts within QCD targets.
- VPPAP closure, scheduling & procurement 
- Liasoning with various departments

Experience

'-8 to 15  years of relevant experience in Sheet metal industry , vendor development function.

Industry Preferred

Btech

General Requirements

-Ability to speak + read + write in fluently in English and local language
-Ability to design and develop economical manufacturing process to produce FTR components
-Needs to be proficient in drawing evaluation and must have strong engineering expertise in relevant commodity
- Machining process knowledge & cycle time estimation for sheetmetal components
- Process capability study , SPC ,MSA
- Computer proficient and operating knowledge of SAP
-Must have strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Commercial & financial acumen
