Branch Credit Manager
- Responsible for managing credit operations at the branch level, ensuring effective credit appraisal and sanctioning. - Oversee loan disbursement and recovery processes to maintain portfolio quality. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines. - Monitor branch credit performance and implement strategies to improve credit growth and reduce non-performing assets. - Engage with customers to understand their credit needs and provide suitable financial solutions. - Maintain strong knowledge of banking products and credit risk management practices. - Collaborate with regional and senior management to align branch credit goals with organizational objectives. - Ensure timely reporting and documentation related to credit activities at the branch. - Work closely with the sales and operations teams to facilitate smooth credit processes. - Uphold ethical standards and promote responsible lending within the branch.Job role
