Credit Officer
- Disbursement Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual loan volume and value targets.
- Product Push: Actively cross-selling and up-selling related financial products (e.g., life/general insurance, top-up loans, credit cards).
- Market Expansion: Identifying and penetrating new markets or geographic territories to acquire new borrowers. [1]
- Direct Sourcing: Generating leads through open market sourcing, cold calling, field visits, and referral generation from existing clients. [1, 2]
- Channel Partnerships: Building and maintaining relationships with real estate developers, builders, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to create a steady pipeline of prospective buyers. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Client Consultation: Guiding customers through the various stages of the home loan process, explaining interest rates, tenures, and EMI options. [1]
- Query Resolution: Ensuring all customer complaints or queries regarding loan statuses are addressed promptly and professionally to ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction). [1]
- File Login & Documentation: Collecting and verifying all necessary KYC, income, and property documents from the applicant. [1, 2, 3]
- Underwriting Coordination: Collaborating with the credit and technical teams to ensure smooth processing, site visits, and property valuations. [1, 2]
- Delinquency Control: Ensuring quality pipeline generation to minimize the risk of Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and maintaining a healthy loan book
