Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage all documentation, billing, invoicing, and ERP data entry activities at the bottling plant. The role requires accuracy, basic accounting understanding, and proficiency in computer applications.
Handle day-to-day data entry in ERP software related to plant operations
Prepare and manage billing and invoicing processes
Maintain accurate records of dispatch, stock, and transactions
Generate reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as required by management
Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for data accuracy
Maintain proper documentation and filing (physical & digital)
Ensure timely updating of all plant-related records in the system
