Job Title: ITI Fitter

Role SummaryWe are looking for a skilled ITI Fitter to support plant operations by handling installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. The role requires hands-on technical expertise and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of machines
- Identify faults and carry out troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and assembly of components
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with plant safety standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements
- ITI certification in Fitter trade
- 1–3 years of experience in plant or industrial maintenance
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Basic understanding of safety practices and industrial standards
- Good teamwork and communication skills
