Position: Staff Nurse (B.Sc Nursing)

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated B.Sc Nursing Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during treatment procedures, maintain nursing records, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Provide direct nursing care to patients
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and progress
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
- Assist in emergency and critical care situations
Doctor Assistance
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment, surgeries, and investigations
- Maintain proper coordination with medical staff
Documentation & Records
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes
- Update treatment charts and medication records
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes
Infection Control & Safety
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of medical equipment
- Ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste
Patient & Attendant Support
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care
- Maintain professional and compassionate behaviour
Emergency & ICU Support
- Handle emergency cases efficiently
- Support ICU, Emergency, OT, and ward operations when required
🔹 Qualification
- B.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate
🔹 Experience
- Experienced candidates can apply
- Hospital experience preferred
🔹 Key Skills
- Patient care and monitoring
- Emergency handling ability
- Good communication skills
- Team coordination
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
🔹 Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
- Weekly off as per hospital policy
- Emergency duty may be required
Additional Requirements
- Candidates should maintain professional discipline and ethical conduct
- NABH/QCI protocol knowledge will be preferred
