Job Description
Position: HR Executive
Location:Saket Hospital, Prayagraj
Department: Human Resources (HR)
Reports To: HR Head / Hospital Administrator
Job SummaryThe HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & HiringHandle end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate with consultants, job portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed)
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database
- Joining & Documentation Conduct employee joining formalities
- Maintain employee files (Aadhaar, PAN, certificates, etc.)
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and HR documents
- Maintain proper HR records and documentation
- Attendance & Payroll Support Maintain daily attendance and leave records
- Coordinate for salary processing
- Handle PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Employee Relations Address employee queries and issues
- Maintain discipline and workplace decorum
- Support grievance handling
- HR Operations & Compliance Ensure implementation of hospital HR policies
- Maintain compliance with NABH / QCI standards
- Assist during audits and inspections
- Training & Development Coordinate staff training programs
- Maintain training records and attendance
- Assist in performance evaluation process
- General HR Duties Maintain HR MIS reports
- Support administration activities
- Coordinate with all departments
- QualificationGraduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred
- Experience Minimum 1–3 years experience in HR
- Hospital experience preferred
