Position: HR Executive

Location:Saket Hospital, Prayagraj

Department: Human Resources (HR)

Reports To: HR Head / Hospital Administrator

Job SummaryThe HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & HiringHandle end-to-end recruitment process
• Coordinate with consultants, job portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed)
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate database
• Joining & Documentation Conduct employee joining formalities
• Maintain employee files (Aadhaar, PAN, certificates, etc.)
• Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and HR documents
• Maintain proper HR records and documentation
• Attendance & Payroll Support Maintain daily attendance and leave records
• Coordinate for salary processing
• Handle PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
• Employee Relations Address employee queries and issues
• Maintain discipline and workplace decorum
• Support grievance handling
• HR Operations & Compliance Ensure implementation of hospital HR policies
• Maintain compliance with NABH / QCI standards
• Assist during audits and inspections
• Training & Development Coordinate staff training programs
• Maintain training records and attendance
• Assist in performance evaluation process
• General HR Duties Maintain HR MIS reports
• Support administration activities
• Coordinate with all departments
• QualificationGraduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred
• Experience Minimum 1–3 years experience in HR
• Hospital experience preferred
