We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Head to lead and manage strategic projects across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and project execution skills to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

SALES EXECUTIVES ARE REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively.

Drive process improvements and technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency.

Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates for management.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Manage and mentor project team members to achieve business objectives.

Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in FMCG operations, manufacturing, distribution, or related projects.

Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) will be an added advantage.
