Job Description
Your job is to reach out to leads, explain the benefits of going solar, qualify interest, and book appointments for our field sales team. No door-to-door, no technical installs – just conversations that open doors.
Key Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Calling: Call leads from provided databases, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns. Handle incoming customer queries.
Lead Qualification: Understand customer electricity usage, roof type, and interest level to identify genuine prospects.
Pitch Solar Solutions: Clearly explain solar benefits: bill savings, subsidies, EMI options, net metering. Handle basic objections.
Appointment Setting: Schedule free site visits/consultations with our solar advisors and update Excel with accurate details. Follow-ups: Nurture warm leads who aren’t ready yet. Send info via WhatsApp/email and re-engage as needed.
Target Achievement: Meet daily call, talk-time, and qualified lead targets. Earn incentives on every converted site visit.
