Job Summary: We are hiring versatile Automobile Executives who can handle both front-end sales and backend dealership operations for leading automobile brands like Kia, Renault, Honda Cars/Bike India, and Tata Motors

The role requires a mix of customer interaction, sales execution, and strong coordination with internal departments for smooth operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales & Customer Handling: Attend to walk-in customers and generate new leads

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable cars/bikes
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads

B. Backend Operations & Documentation: Handle complete documentation for vehicle sales (KYC, invoicing, delivery notes)

• Coordinate with finance teams for loan approvals and disbursement
• Manage insurance processing and policy issuance
• Liaise with RTO for vehicle registration and number allocation
• Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and stock updates

C. Coordination & Process Management: Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for vehicle availability

• Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Maintain records of bookings, deliveries, and pending cases
• Use CRM/DMS systems to update customer and sales data

D. Customer Experience & Retention: Ensure a smooth delivery experience for customers

• Handle queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination
• Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business

🔹 Key Skills Required: Strong communication & coordination skills

• Knowledge of dealership processes (Sales + RTO + Insurance)
• Attention to detail (very important for backend work)
• Ability to multitask and manage documentation
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, DMS systems)

🔹 Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma (preferred)

• Experience in automobile dealership/retail/backend operations

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in car or two-wheeler dealership operations

• Understanding of RTO, finance & insurance processes
• Presentable and organized personality
• Local candidate preferred (Prayagraj region)
