Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, research, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business objectives.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
